🐣 EASTER EGG HUNT MECHANICS

1. Participants
Only officially registered children may participate in the hunt.
2. Starter Eggs
Each participant will receive 2 FREE starter eggs before the hunt begins. These starter eggs are already included in the total egg count for prize conversion.
3. Total Eggs Available
There are 160 eggs hidden within the designated hunting area.
4. Time Limit
The Easter Egg Hunt will run for 15-20 minutes only. Participants must stop collecting eggs immediately once time is called.
5. Maximum Egg Limit
Each participant may collect up to a maximum of 14 eggs only. Once a participant reaches 14 eggs, they must stop collecting to give others a fair chance.
6. Clues & Egg Locations
Clues on where to find the eggs will be posted on the official HOA website. These clues include photos of egg locations to guide participants.
7. Prize Mechanics
Prizes will be given based on the number of eggs collected:
🎁 1 pouch of candy = every 2 eggs collected Example:
2 eggs = 1 pouch
4 eggs = 2 pouches
10 eggs = 5 pouches
14 eggs = 7 pouches (maximum possible prize) Odd-numbered eggs will not be counted for additional prizes (e.g., 3 eggs = 1 pouch only).
8. Safety & Fair Play
Running, pushing, or any unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited. Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times. Participants must stay within designated hunting areas only.
9. Final Verification
All collected eggs must be presented at the designated counting station. Final egg count will be validated by event organizers before awarding prizes.
