Status of the Interim Board of Directors

Attention to All Members: 

Pursuant to Section 8 of DHSUD Memorandum Circular No. 2025-003, it is expressly provided that the Interim Board of Directors shall continue to perform the functions of the Board and ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Association until their successors are duly elected and qualified.

In this regard, the community is hereby informed that:

On April 11, 2026, the scheduled Election of the Board of Directors was officially cancelled following the issuance of ELECOM Resolution No. 2026-01, citing lack of qualified candidates.

In line with guidance from the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD), the following shall apply:

A new election shall be conducted within thirty (30) days from the date of cancellation; and

The 2026 Interim Board of Directors shall continue to serve in a HOLD-OVER CAPACITY, maintaining full authority to manage the affairs of the Association and ensure continuity of essential services.

Further updates regarding the rescheduled election shall be officially announced through authorized HOA communication channels by the ELECOM.

We strongly encourage all qualified homeowners to actively participate in the upcoming election process.
