We would like to inform everyone that a network issue affecting PLDT services in our area is currently causing intermittent or no internet connection for some residents.
According to pldt,their technical team is actively working to resolve the issue, with an estimated restoration time on or before April 26 at 4:03 PM.
Homeowners are also encouraged to directly coordinate with PLDT for individual service concerns, updates, or technical assistance to help expedite resolution on their end.
Last month the HOA has already initiated communication with several internet service providers that are open to partnering with Camella Verra. We continue to actively explore and secure alternative providers to improve the reliability of internet connectivity within the community, while also following up on pending responses from these prospective partners.
Should any homeowner have contacts or access to internet providers who can assist in facilitating service entry into our subdivision, your support would greatly help.
